Hola, mi nombre es Giovanna, tengo 34 años y este es mi tercer reto. Estoy muy contenta de participar nuevamente, este es mi tercer reto consecutivo y estoy muy feliz de poder realizarlo nuevamente, ya que se ha convertido en parte fundamental de mi día a día!
mi rutina es la siguiente

Realizo yoga y pilates 6 veces a la semana (intercalados)
Antes de iniciar mi entrenamientos tomos 2 tabltas de AMP y al terminar mi entrenamientos tomo: shake 2 scops, fiber plus 2 scops y 1 sobre de berry blast.
antes de comer y cenar tomo 1 cápsula de Digest Ultra

Estoy muy contenta con todos los cambios que he tenido en mi cuerpo, tanto físicamente como en la calidad de mi salud y bienestar, y todo esto en conjunto lo he podido lograr gracias a YORHEALTH!!!
