Im 52 YO, and Im completely excited about the result in this cycle. As I´m getting closer to my ideal weight my focus in this challenge was to strenghten my muscles, losing the final fat, tightening the skin, and building muscle mass, all at once! I can tell this is a huge effort, but with the help of my state of the art Yor Health products it was a breeze!.

My day started with two drops of lemon essential oil diluted in warm water, then 1 AMP, 1 Yor Repair and 2 Yor Vitamins before my 45 min. workout with a home video. Then at noon 1 scoop of Yor Supergreens before my main meal. And drinking plenty of plain water troughout the day (from 3 to 5 liters).

Then one abundant balanced meal low on carbs around 2 pm with one or two capsules of Yor Digest and 2 vitamins, and a mid afternoon snack around 5 pm, and finally 1 yor shake around 7 pm to close the day with energy and power!

Before going to bed 1 capsule of Yor Probiotics, 1 Yor Repair and the last 2 Yor Vitamin.

I not only reached my goal for this cycle, but lost 1 more size in waist to the size I was when I was in highschool! I´m stronger, I feel my loose skin around the belly is finally tightening, I feel younger, lighter, more energized, my abs contour is startinng to be noticeable and I am all too excited to start a new cycle of the Best body challenge but now for the first time in the sculp category.
