This challenge was a great beginning for my health goal. Seeing my body after my second miscarriage, gave me another reason to get healthy and strong, that is why I joined the challenge. When I joined, I started running/walking every day. At first, I ran in the mornings because of availability. Once, I went back to work, I ran or walked everyday after work. My routine included running and some times walking for 20 minutes. Then I would work out my arms, legs, or stomach for 20 minutes. I loved when I was able to join Iris Gomez in the mornings for her exercise routines, however, that changed once my job started. I kept working out the areas mentioned above on my own. In addition, I reduced the amount of food I ate. I used to eat a big plate, and since I started I reduced it to half a plate. I am a bread lover, therefore, I reduced the amount of bread I ate. I would also drink my super greens with the fiber every morning on an empty stomach and the probiotic 30 minutes later. Once I would eat, I would take the digestive capsule as well. Thank you for providing me with all the great supplements and whats best, a challenge for myself.

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
