Hola yo soy Edgar Ramos y estoy muy contento por haber terminado este reto porque en tan solo 8 semanas he podido bajar el porcentaje de grasa 2 puntos, subí mi porcentaje de músculo y todo esto gracias a los productos de yo que son simplemente geniales.
en lo que construyo mi mejor versión corporal, también me he sentido con mas energía, me canso menos que antes, me recupero mas rápido y hasta mi humor ha mejorado, amigos si no han echo el reto que esperan, es genial.
mi rutina es la siguiente
al despertar agua simple con 3 gotas de limon
1 probiotico
con el ejercicio me tomo berry con una cucharada de vinagre de manzana
3 vitaminas
15 minutos antes de comer 1 super greens con fibra
para la comida 2 digest
al terminar 3 vitaminas
en la cena malteada con fibra
y al dormir 2 Repair
