Hace 4 meses nació mi bebé, y mi preocupación era hasta cuándo lograría recobrar mi figura. Decidí inscribirme en el reto y que esto fuera mi motivación y ayuda para lograrlo. Así que en el primero logré bajar 8 kilos y en este segundo reto baje 2 kilos, logrando llegar a mi peso antes de embarazarme que son 58kg. Lo cual me hace sentir feliz y lo mejor es que lo hice de forma saludable, alimentándome correctamente y dándole lo mejor a mi cuerpo.

En este reto ya pude hacer un poco de ejercicio, así que mi meta fue recorrer al menos 3km diarios y lograr 100km en un mes. Complemente mi alimentación con las vitaminas, el supergreens y la malteada. Aún mi cuerpo refleja algunos estragos del embarazo pero estoy segura que con Yor Health podré volver a lucir un cuerpo tonificado muy pronto.
