This is my third YOR BEST BODY challenge this year so far.
I am currently going through a lot of changes: such as job loss, change of state and being diagnosed with pre- menopause at 40.
For sure I needed to have something to keep me going health wise as I needed mental toughness, and for sure joining the challenge again was what I needed.
I will be joining again as I understood that maiming a healthy lifestyle is not just a temporary goal, but a permanent forever goal.
