En este reto de 8 semanas me sentí con mucha energía y los dolores que sentía en mis piernas debido a una fractura de hace tiempo, han disminuido de gran manera lo cual me permitió caminar más de lo que lograba antes. Creo que fue por el uso diario y constante de las enzimas reparadoras y las vitaminas; además la fibra me ayudó mucho a mejorar mi digestión y la usé a diario con el super greens o con la proteína. Uno de mis productos favoritos de este reto fue el berry combinado con fibra. Estoy muy agradecida de poder gozar de salud y perder peso de manera saludable a mis 64 años. Gracias.
