Hola!!!! Ha sido un viaje muy interesante ya que durante estas 8 semanas mi vida se a transformado y cumplí mis metas a corto plazo. Esto solo es el inicio de una nueva etapa donde he logrado (gracias a la malteada) mejorar mis hábitos alimenticios, nutriéndome de una manera correcta lo que me llevo bajar de peso y estar saludable al mismo tiempo. Admito que no fue fácil al principio, pero con disciplina logre bajar 6.5 kilos, los cuales me han ayudado para seguir entrenando y ser mucho más ágil.
