La verdad nunca había estado en un reto y mucho menos llevar una rutina de ejercicios acompañado de suplementación; se siente muy bien y sobre todo que despues de los primeros días empecé a sentirme con mas energía y por supuesto a verme mucho mejor. Las enzimas reparadoras fueron mis mejores aliadas ya que las usé a diario; además usé malteada combinada con fibra 3-4 veces por semana como cena y usé el Súper greens 3 veces por semana.
