Mi nombre es Cristina Kim, soy de Dallas y este es mi tercer reto en yor best body, aunque nunca me he sacado ningun lugaren los retos, de todas formas me siento ganadora por los resultados obtenidos y la energia que ahora tengo.



Aqui esta mi rutina diaria:

Me despierto a las 7:00 de la mañana y con un vaso de agua me tomo mis probioticos de YOR después de 30 minutos un AMP, tengo mi rutina de ejercicios 6 veces a la semana por alrededor de 45 minutos diarios, terminando mis ejercicios abro mi dia con los super greens y con mi fibra YOR, después de un rato me preparo un desayuno rico en proteínas aveces utilizando mi Proteina YOR o solo me tomo un shake de chocolate porque es mi favorito, con cada comida me tomo mis vitaminas y mis enzimas YOR, dependiendo de lo que me coma en lunch o en mi cena me preparo otro Shake ya sea de vainilla o chocolate, termino mi día xon los reoaradores YOR ya sea uno o dos dependiendo del ejercicio que me haya tocado hacer ese dia.
