Este reto fue muy bueno porque empecé a usar un poco más de peso a la hora de hacer ejercicio y eso es algo que nunca había podido hacer porque no tenía la suficiente fuerza y mi cuerpo dolía mucho cuando lo intentaba. Esta vez fue más sencillo porque tomé 3 cápsulas de Repair y 3 vitaminas a diario. Además al terminar cada entrenamiento tomé Yor shake y noté que mi cuerpo se recuperaba mucho más rápido de lo que solía ser.
Sobre todo estoy agradecida porque en esta temporada de mucho contagio no hemos sufrido de ningún síntoma aunque familiares muy cercanos sí.
