Estoy encantado en compartirles el avance que tuve durante este reto, ya que me emociona muchísimo los resultados que estoy viendo reflejados en mi físico y obteniendo en cuanto a calidad de vida cada vez que participo en los retos.
En este reto, mi enfoque estuvo más en definir y bajar % de grasa corporal, lo cual con ayuda del ayuno intermitente, las repair, las vitaminas, probioticos y la AMP en ayunas, antes de hacer ejercicio, me ayudaron mucho a lograr este objetivo, al igual que tomarme una malteada después de cada entrenamiento para la recuperación de mis músculos.
Así también, el tomar super greens y fibra antes de mi primer comida fue esencial para mejorar mi digestión y mi salud en general.
