I LOVE THE 8 WEEK CHALLENGE !!!!
I am currently 37 years old, and this is the 4th 8 week challenge I have completed.
In the past I have used 8-week challenges as a reset, due to the fact, that, I had let myself go a little from time to time.
Leading into this challenge was a little different for me, as I was already quite consistent with my diet, exercise and of course my supplement intake, however I found myself feeling a little stagnant and going through the motions a little with my exercise.
I decided to use the Yor Best Body Challenge as a platform to push myself, set some important health and performance goals and most importantly hold myself accountable to achieving those goals.
The thing I love most about the 8-week challenge is that anybody can do it. No matter the age or fitness levels. So similar, to every challenge I have completed so far, my beautiful mother has been on this health journey with me.

Throughout the last 8 weeks, I have focused on 4 main areas to achieve my results.
The first being diet.
I cut out all dairy, most sugars ( I am guilty of indulging a little) however for the most part my diet was spot on, consisting of nothing but good wholesome fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, wild caught fish and lean meats.
The 2nd area is cleansing and nourishing the body with the Yor health product range, I have been taking the Yor health range for 7 years now, so not a lot changes with my daily intake during the 8 week challenge, maybe just more repairs and protein.
My daily intake would consist of 2 x vitamins, 2 x repairs and a shake with Yor super greens, berry blast and a scoop of fiber.
This is the perfect start to my day and gives me everything my body needs to get through the day, smash through my work outs and still have energy to spend time with the family
Through-out the day I would have 2 x repairs, 1 x vanilla Yor shake after every work out, and I would also have 1 x enzyme and 2 x vitamins with every meal
Prior to bed my ritual would consist of 1 x Yor probiotic and 2 x Yor repairs.
3rd area of focus was exercise. My goal throughout challenge was to wake up early and train twice a day. This I am very, proud to say I have not only adapted into my lifestyle, it is something I will never change. I now wake up every morning including weekends at 5.15 am.
Upon rising, I would enjoy my shake and train cardio and high intensity circuits for hour and a half, then enjoy breakfast and the rest of the day.
My 2nd work out for the day would be a weight work out. I would usually complete this of an evening and train for an hour and half to 2 hours
For the most part of the challenge I was consistent with 5 to 6 days a week.
The 4th area of focus for myself was recovery. Getting to bed early and getting a good 6 to 8 hours of sleep was key for myself being able to achieve both getting up early in the morning and working out twice a day.
Essential oils and yoga are amazing for my recovery, I would stretch of a night-time, apply peppermint oil, lavender oil, and frankincense oil to both my body and diffuser to help with aches and pains recovery and sleep.
i would also soak in a essential oil bath once a week.
I could not imagine my life without essential oils
I am forever grateful to Yor health and the 8- week Yor best body challenge. Being introduced to these products and the platform for health, change and growth has been life changing for me.
Being able to bring my friends and family along on the journey to better health is priceless.
