My challenge although being in lockdown due to Covid was to keep active, I started with trying to get movement back into my hip and back to be able to walk without pain. I slowly increased my daily walk with the dogs to go a bit further each day. I also practiced Thi Chi to increase my movement with gentle exercise.
It has been a slow process, but I now have a wider range of movement in my body and feel my energy level is much higher. I feel more enthused to do more and be more active than I have been in a long time.
My diet has changed to eating fresh natural meats, fruit and vegetables from our garden and the local market and cutting out processed foods as much as possible.
I start my day with a shake of Yor super greens and Yor vanilla shake with Yor Fiber Plus and I take Yor Essential Vitamins with my shake. To me this is an excellent wake up drink giving me energy to start the day.
