Hola mi nombre es Nery Hernández tengo 36 años, 4 hijos de menos de 13 años, casada y ama de casa con negocio propio.
Me encanta cocinar de todo tipo de comida, pero también me encanta comerla y se vuelve un problema por que subo de peso.
Desde que me uni al reto Yor Health he Visto un gran cambio con muy poca inversión, cambie mi alimentación .
Mi mañana comienza con un té de limón de bare oils, mis super greens. Mas tarde mi desayuno y a la hora de la comida la acompaño con un té de canela y dos repair ultra, termino con mi cena a las 6 PM y a la hora de dormir mis probióticos.
Por la tarde mi rutina de ejercicio saltando cuerda y caminata rapida en el parque por 30 minutos.
Me encantan los resultados de este primer reto, el cambio hasta en mi piel, baje tallas, 24 lbs sobre pase mi meta , pero sobre todo estoy aprendiendo el hábito de la buena alimentación.Gracias yor best body en casa
