con 2 de vitaminas media hora antes de mi primer comida primer comida a las 12pm con mi digest ultra!... 1 hora antes de el gym otra capsula de AMP. despues de el gym a las 6pm mi yor shake con mis multivitaminas de yor. Esta fue mi jornada de 8 semanas.
