Hello I am Gloria Contreras from Zacatecas, Mex. I have lived in Fort Worth TX for 20yrs. I am a single mother raising to amazing girls. I enrolled in the 8 week challenge because It's gives me the encouragement to stay positive and energized during this difficult times of pandemic.
Also, being Stress and depress is a challenge at ready. However, I keep telling myself you can't let yourself go down you must keep going. Thanks Iris Gomez morning workouts through zoom, I been able to finish Yor BestBody challenge from home. I have seen the changes week by week and I am very proud.
I have taken all my Yorhealth supplements daily.
Routine
7am probiotics.
8am super greens/fiber.
8:30am Tea with essential oils lemon and ginger.
9am Yor AMP 2 to 3 at day.
Post workout Yor shake/ fiber.
Digestive Enzymes w/ each meal.
Plus Yor Vitamins.
Repair at night time.
