Este reto fue más complicado de lo que pude imaginar, pues por cuestiones ajenas obviamente a los productos y al ejercicio, el trabajo y otros compromisos me absorbieron más tiempo del imaginado, por lo cual aún me falta más para llegar a mi meta, pese a que he tenido un régimen en el cual consumo YOR shake, fibra, Amp, Vitamins y Supergreens, y he mantenido una rutina de cardio intensa, aunque me faltaron horas de workout en el gimnasio para cargar más peso.
