I am Nancy Gonzalez and I completed my YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge, literally it was a challenge, because I decided to track my nutrition, measuring my food daily, including the weekends, which was a challenge because being a mother of 2 beautiful girls, the weekends were the hardest, so it was just something that I had to keep track of.


Thanks to the Challenge, I have the chance to take care of my nutrition with a group of awesome people.

During these 8 weeks, my diet discipline was completely different, I was tracking my nutrition daily. I used all YOR Health supplements as follows: 5 scoops of YOR Shake a day, YOR AMP 3 times a day to start losing most of my body fat, and taking YOR Repair Ultra really helped me with my knee. I'm only working out 5 times a week, because not to long ago (around 8months) I had knee surgery.
