Este reto ha sido especial, por todo el contexto de la pandemia, el no poder ir a un gimnasio al principio me desalentó, debo decir que incluso al inicio de la cuarentena hasta me deprimí un poco, no me daban ganas de hacer ejercicio en casa, no hallaba la motivación. Empecé a comer un poco mal, no dormía bien y durante tres semanas casi no entrené. Hasta qué un día dije, “ya basta” y empecé poco a poco, casi de cero. El programa de Yor Best Body en casa me ayudó mucho a volver al ruedo, renté equipo de gimnasio, algunas barras y mancuernas, y con eso inicié.
