Mi nombre es Jorge Trejo y tengo 34 años la mayor parte de mi vida tuve malos hábitos alimenticios y no hacia actividad física, por lo que por muchos años descuide mi cuerpo y mi salud, desde los 23 años ya tenia sobrepeso y no estaba a gusto con mi aspecto físico.
Este por 2020 decidí ponerle fin a ese descuidado y peligroso estilo de vida y mis mejores amigas me motivaron a inscribirme al reto “YOR BEST BODY AT HOME” ahora estoy muy contento con los resultados que he obtenido, he visto un claro cambio positivo en mi cuerpo y me siento con más energia antes!
Siento que tuve muy bien resultado en este reto y lo que hice para conseguirlo fue: Ejercicio moderado, fui mucho más selectivo con mi alimentación y lo mas importante fui muy constante en tomar mis suplementos nutricionales favoritos: el Super greens, Yor Berry Blast, Yor AMP, y YORK Shake.
