Hola, en este mi segundo Yor best Body en casa me a ayudado a no solo mantener lo que había perdido sino a bajar y quemar más grasa, la energía y alegria de sentirme bien ya no la cambio.
Mí día comienza con Yor probiotic 1 capsula, después una super Yor shake de vainilla con 2 gotas de aceite escencial de limón y en ocasiones con un sobre de Yor Berry Blast. Una capsula de Yor AMP y 2 de Yor essential vitamin. Una comida normal como siempre y 2 capsulas de Yor digest Ultra más una de Yor AMP y ya en la noche de cena mi Super Yor Shake vainilla. Al dormir una capsula de Yor Repair ultra y 2 de Yor essenctial vitamin mas una porcion de Fiber Plus.
