Cuando empece este reto pesaba 68 kilos ahora peso 66.5, estoy consciente de que aun me hace falta bajar de peso, si algo es definitivo es que continuare en el reto hasta llegar a mi meta final.

Los productos que utilizo son: repair al despertarme, como desayuno MRP con Fibra y Berry Blast acompañado de mis vitaminas. Al medio día si tengo hambre un supergreens. Almuerzo variado dependiendo en donde me encuentre normalmente carne y pollo. Y finalmente como cena cereal o si no tome el supergreens por la mañana como cena, en ocasiones una cena pesada.

Le frecuencia de consumo del producto es de al menos 5 veces por semana y ejercicio 2 veces por semana.

La parte mas importante y mas motivadora del reto es que ha cambiado la forma en la que hago las cosas, no me canso como antes y ahora puedo buscar el como si lograr las cosas, algo de lo que me he dado cuenta es que no estamos solos en el reto, aun cuando vivamos lejos o solos; siempre hay alguien que te acompaña aun si no es físicamente.
