Hola amigos de YorBestBody! Estoy muy contenta con los resultados de este Reto. Con la pandemia ha sido complejo continuar con buenos hábitos, pues estar más tiempo en casa y sin la actividad a la que estaba acostumbrada es fácil perder el camino. Pero gracias a esta maravillosa plataforma del Reto de 8 Semanas todo resulta mucho más fácil de lograr!
Los suplementos y aceites que utilice:
En ayunas agua tibia con una gota de Bare Oils de Limón, luego una cap de Yor Probiotics Ultra, después una porción de Yor Supergreens (antes de mi entrenamiento), después 1 hora de yoga. Luego de la clase una porción de Yor Shake con las deliciosas recetas de la Chef Kyndra. Antes de la comida 1 cap de Yor Digest y antes de dormir 4 gotas de CBD.
