Mi nombre es Eva María Moroyoqui, tengo 67 años y estoy feliz de haber participado en este reto.
Me inscribí porque siento la necesidad de hacer algo que me ayude a sobrellevar la falta de actividad física a la que estaba acostumbrada antes del confinamiento por la pandemia, ya que tenía muchos años haciendo ejercicio y caminando a diario.
Ha sido un reto tener que cambiar mi área de ejercicio que había sido al aire libre durante mucho tiempo para hacerlo ahora en casa, sin embargo el apoyo de YOR en este sentido ha sido muy bueno para lograr los resultados esperados.
En mi familia hay antecedentes de diabetes por eso cuido mi alimentación y hago ejercicio.
