Soy Héctor y estoy feliz de haber terminado este reto
Me tocó cumplir 54 en el inter y cada vez estoy más y más convencido de las bondades de la suplementación de YorHealth porque es fácil y además delicioso lograr las metas en plena pandemia
Mi régimen:
2 repair en las noches
Inicio de día con Super Greens y Shake de chocolate una hora después
Dos comidas sustanciosas con verdura, carne , pollo o pescado con un digest al primer bocado y 3 essential vitamins al final
Cerrando el día con un Shake y fiber
Realicé ejercicio las primeras semanas 4 veces por semana tomando en cada entrenamiento Berry Blast y AE de jengibre, canela y limón
Las últimas 3 semanas no realicé más ejercicio ya que me lastimé el hombro pero logré excelentes resultados con la suplementación
