Me tomo todos los suplementos de la siguiente manera:
Cada mañana tomo 2 cápsulas de YOR Repair Ultra y 1 cápsula de YOR Probiotics Ultra.
30 minutos después tomo un sobre de YOR Berry Blast, luego a las 11:00 am tomo 2 medidas de YOR Shake, 2 medidas de YOR SuperGreens y 1 medida de YOR Fiber Plus que me encantan. Antes de cada comida tomo 1 cápsula de YOR Digest Ultra y después de cada comida tomo 2 tabletas de YOR Essential Vitamins.
Antes de dormir tomo 2 cápsulas de YOR Repair Ultra y 1 cápsula de YOR Probiotics Ultra, y si tengo hambre tomo 1 medida de YOR Shake.
Solo hice una pequeña rutina de ejercicio una vez por semana y estoy feliz porque en estas 8 semanas bajé de 72 kg a 67kg y me siento con más energía! Vitalidad, mis problemas de salud mejoraron casi por completo y he recuperado mucha autoestima.
