This is the first time I enter in the sculpt category and I didn't know what to expect. I knew It was going to be a totally different experience and strategy but I can say I'm amazed at the results. My first challenge was that I entered a new job that involved a lot of physical activity and long hours so I could not follow the same routine I was used to. So this time I decided to rely heavily on my Yor Health products and take advantage of the physical challenges of my new job. My day starts at 3:30 am with 1 AMP, 2 Repair Ultra and 2 Vitamin. At 9:00 I take a yor shake mixed with 1 portion of supergreens. At noon I take another AMP, 2 vitamins and another shake this time mixed with a Berry blast. My new job sometimes involve lifting boxes with an average weight of 25 to 40 kilos so I turned my job into my personal gym. This cycle of Yor Best Body at Home my favorite product was by far the supergreens. Everybody has told me that I look much younger and Im sure it's because of the supergreens. Before bed I take a light meal, 2 more vitamins 1 probiotics and one or two more repair utra.
My body has changed a lot despite my age and even thou I weight almost the same as the beginning I feel and see myself much leaner. I'm super happy and I won't stop until I achieve the body I have always wanted. Thank you Yor Health!!!

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
