Holaaaaa!!!! Estoy súper feliz de terminar otro ciclo más del retoooo!!!
Me fascina ser parte del BEST BODY en casa porque me está permitiendo ponerme en forma sin salir y arriesgarme a contagiarme en esta pandemia.
Durante estas 8 semanas logre bajar 5 kg más del peso que gané durante mi embarazo.
Comienzo mi día ejercitándome temprano, me tomo un té con 1 gota de Bare oil de limón y al terminar de ejercitarme me tomo mi YOR Shake de vainilla mezclado con plátano o fresas, es mi producto favorito porque me encanta su sabor y me ayuda a sentirme con energía toda la mañana!!!
A medio día me como una manzana acompañada de 10 almendras y a la hora de la comida acompaño mi platillo con un YOR Digest. Por las tardes me tomo una porción de supergreens con jugo de naranja o un Berry Blast con jugo de mandarina y por la noche me preparo una cena ligera.
Es padrísimo pertenecer a esta comunidad que te ayuda a mejorar físicamente y te reta constantemente!!! De todas las sesiones del BEST BODY en casa mis favoritas son con Louis van Amstel porque amo bailar!!! Y hacerlas mientras mi bebé me observa es divertidisimo!!!
Mi bebé está a punto de cumplir 6 meses y ya solo me faltan 10 kg por bajar, así que nos vemos en el próximo retooooooo!!!
