Yo decidí entrar al reto para demostrarme a mi misma de lo que soy capaz, soy mamá de 3 y mi dia a día siempre es muy acelerado, a pesar de tener muchas actividades hice el compromiso de ser constante con el ejercicio y con mi alimentación.
Todos los días en ayunas me tomo un super green con un Berry para empezar el día con todo! Me tomo un amp en la mañana mis vitaminas, repair y probioticos. Después de mi ejercicio me tomo una malteada de proteína más mi desayuno.
