When I started with challenge I thought about loosing just 2 kilos,
my surprise was I lost 4!!!! magic number.
Looking at the mirror after several years of feeling ok and thinking I was fine it's such an amazing journey.
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 8 years ago and that was keeping me from doing what I love to do!... exercising and feeling great!
Thanks to YOR health I've been able to recover my wellbeing and my smile. Once again I feel capable of doing anything, realizing there's nothing impossible, that my only limit is in my our mind!

My routine consisted is 5 days a week functional exercises at home, at least 3 days of extra cardio session (30 to 45 minutes).
To start my day I had my YOR Repair. After an hour Super greens and right after, healthy breakfast with my YOR Digest.
Twice a day I took a capsule of AMP to help with the extra punch of energy for my routines.
