cuando comencé el reto pesaba 84 kg no hacia mucho ejercicio y no cuidaba tanto mi alimentación, decidí iniciar en el RETO por que este me motivo a cuidar mi salud con una dieta balanceada, ejercicio y los productos como apoyo, antes de hacer ejercicio tomo el MRP para no tener el estomago vacío y un berry blast para energía y terminar de despertar, al terminar mi ejercicio MRP con supergreen para reponer proteínas y antioxidantes, el repair me apoyo a que mis músculos se recuperaran en menos tiempo y las vitaminas y enzimas digestivas para poder aprovechar los nutrientes de mi dieta balanceada, este reto me ayudo ya que me motiva a seguir en movimiento no esta inactivo y sobre todo hacerlo con amigos que te apoyan actualmente peso 81 kg y me quite 2 tallas :)
