Hola mi nombre es Marisol, tengo 38 años, ama de casa, casada desde hace 10 años, tengo 2 hijos y este es mi primer reto en el que participo. A partir de mi primer embarazo he tenido un aumento de peso del cual no he podido deshacerme, honestamente no he sido disciplinada en cuanto a mis hábitos alimenticios y siempre me costo trabajo seguir un plan alimenticio. Alguna vez recurrí a nutriólogo y probé medicamentos para bajar de peso, mi peso cambio pero mis malos hábitos seguian ahí, y ha sido una lucha constante por no subir demasiado de peso y sobrellevar mi salud. Pero ahora puedo decir con mucho orgullo que desde que probé los suplementos ( los verdes, encimas, probióticos y fibra) y entre a este reto mi vida ha dado un giro completamente y para bien.
