Hola comunidad, espero que se encuentren sanos y salvos.

Esta ocasión fue un poco más difícil ejercitarme (aún en la cochera hace frío, jaja) pero hice lo mejor posible con un par de pesas, cuerdas, algunas clases de yoga y con el programa de Yor Best Body en Casa: por semana hice 3 sesiones de ejercicios y una más corriendo 5k.

Me enfoqué más en mantener bajo el porcentaje de grasa (terminando con 58 kg) y en tonificar, todo ayudado por la línea de nutrición de Yor: mis favoritos son agua con limón al despertar, SuperGreens antes del desayuno, Enzimas y Vitaminas en la comida y la Yor Shake después de entrenar.

Seguiré con mi meta de subir de masa muscular, así que los veo en el siguiente ciclo. Gracias por leer y si así lo consideran por su voto también.
