Je suis quelqu'un assez tête en l'air. Ce que j'ai adoré avec le Best Body Challenge, c'est que cela m'a permis de me compromettre avec mon objectif et surtout me mettre en meilleure condition physique. Les produits que j'ai pris, sont,, les fibres, le supergreens, les omégas 3, les probiotics, la glucosamine, le calcium et magnésium et la lutéine. J'ai fait également du sport 3 fois par semaine en faisant du cardio et des exercices pour la force.
Avant j'étais quelqu'un avec peu d'énergie, je ne me sentais pas très bien dans ma peau, je n'avais pas beaucoup de force et je m'essoufflais très vite.

Aujourd'hui grâce à ce challenge, j'ai réussi à avancer d'une étape dans mon processus de vivre sainement et heureux.
J'espère motiver des gens comme moi a se prendre en main et avoir une vie meilleure :)
