Mis suplementos los tomo de la siguiente manera.

me levanto 6 am, lo primero que tomó ea 1 probiotico, realizó de 30 a 40 minutos de ejercicio ahí acompañado de 2 amp y 1 Berry blast, terminando tomo 2 repair una hora después rompo el ayuno con 1 toma de super green desayuno 2 tomas de shake con espinacas hielo 3 vitaminas 1 toma de fibra y después de comer 2 digest y para la cena mi shake
