Que tal, soy Armando de Tampico, Tamaulipas, tengo 34 años. Este reto fué complicado para mi ya que recientemente tuve que aislarme por covid y no pude entrenar al final de mi reto, afortunadamente ya estoy bien de salud y mi familia también.
Me gusta mucho el reto del Yor Best Body ya que me ayuda a mantenerme enfocado y siempre sobre una meta de salud.
Me gustar hacer cardio al aire libre, en la playa ó en la laguna que está por donde vivo, luego de mi cardio me gusta mucho entrenar pesas, voy al gimnasio de cinco a seis días a la semana.
