I love the yorhealth product line.
During this 8 week challenge the products that really help me the most were a combination of the MRP, Complete burn, Vitamins, digestive enzymes, fiber, super greens, repair and the priobiotics.
I took the MRP once or twice a day, 3 complete burns, 1 serving of the super greens with fiber. before meals I would take 2 digestive enzymes with 2 vitamins 2-3x per day, before going to sleep I would take 2 probiotics and 2 repair. I would also make sure that I have a balance of carbohydrates, fats and protein in my meals.
My exercise consisted of running 3 days & 3 days of calisthenics with one days of rest.
During this challenge, the biggest impact I've had, is pushing myself to a level of endurance I never thought I can push. It has been able to mentally stimulate my mind to be stronger. To set goal, aim for it, stick to it and getting it done. Although I didn't hit my weigh goal, I am very happy with my results. i am looking forward to cycle 2 and making the adjustment necessary to out work my previous results.
