Hello everyone! I’m Evelyn Zapata, I’m 45 years old, mom of 4 and grandma of 2 beautiful kids!
I AM SO EXCITED and PROUD to have completed YOR BEST BODY AT HOME 8 weeks challenge, especially on the last day of this unusual and tough 2020 for many people, in wish I decided to focus more than ever on my health and transform negative things/thoughts into positive ones changing habits and help others to do the same. I want to convey with my image and continuous transformation throughout these weeks that EVERYONE CAN DO IT! that age or time does not matter to reach your goals and obviously YORHEALTH supplements and essentials oils were my inseparable companions and absolute helpers to achieve my challenge , they also help me to have enough energy to do my extra jobs during the pandemic, as it was kids school at home :/, and satisfy myself not eat everything during the holidays lol.
Before starting this challenge I was stressed and knew It would not be easy but also knew YORHEALTH supplement would make it possible! Now that I finished it, I can see the changes in the muscles of my body, fat loss and and reduction of my waist. ISN’T IT AMAZING? I FEEL GRATEFUL AND FANTASTIC! I DID IT!

And now shshshshsh don’t tell anybody lol I’ll share my secret with you:
Every morning I start at 4:30am (other way , I do not have time to exercise)with a cup of water with 2 drops of lemon and orange oils, taking 1 capsule YOR AMP with it. After my 30 or 60 minutes 4 or 5 days workout at week. I take my YOR SUPERGREENS with YOR BERRY BLAST and 2 ESSENTIAL VITAMIN.
Then in the middle of the morning I take my YOR SHAKE with YORFIBER PLUS (adding a banana and oatmeal)
With my lunch 2 YORDIGEST ULTRA capsules and 2 YOR ESSENTIAL VITAMIN.
Sometimes I take another cup of YORSUPPERGREENS in the afternoon.
And for dinner a light calories plate with 2 DIGEST ULTRA or my DELICIOUS YOR SHAKE.
Before bed 1 or 2 capsules of YOR PROBIOTICS ULTRA with 2 YOR REPAIRS.
And for my outside beauty ….Amber all away around ??lol.
