Les quiero contar que en este reto me sentí super bien, me ayudo a mantenerme motivado, centrado en mi objetivo y entrenando con mucha actitud.
El paquete que tome fue el paquete balance, es un de mis favoritos ya que contiene un poco de todo y me da oportunidad de conocer el efecto de la variedad de suplementos en mi cuerpo.
Por la mañana antes de entrenar tomaba un shake de yor como preworkout, el cual me daba mucha energía para arrancar el día, mi rutina era de 30 minutos intensos y posteriormente mi desayuno con una enzima digestiva con agua, ya de colación a media mañana tomaba mi super greens y en media tarde otro shake con fibra, por la noche mi cena normal y listo.
Fue y es genial participar en este reto, nos ayuda muchísimo a mantenernos ocupados y en forma, muchas gracias por crear esta gran plataforma.
