En el transcurso del 2020 vivimos demasiados cambios abruptos por la pandemia, perdimos nuestra principal fuente de ingresos, aprendimos a ser maestros en línea de nuestros hijos, enfrentamos una crisis económica así como sanitaria, ver enfermar y perder seres queridos o cercanos fueron factores estresantes que ocasionaron un incremento considerable en mi peso problema detectado en el último trimestre del año y fue hasta entonces cuando decidí ingresar al RETO para acelerar mi organismo y volviera a funcionar correctamente.
