I never thought it would finally happen...how many of us have said that? In 8 weeks of challenging myself to stick to a consistent healthy diet and increase the intensity of my workouts, I have finally been able to reach my goals! I am confident, strong and healthy and I carry that with me on the inside and out!

The products have helped me stay committed to a consistent healthy diet and I actually ended up saving money on groceries since I was able to supplement approximately two of my meals, one being immediately after my workouts! In addition to the Yor Vanilla MRPs, I take my dailies before meals and repair at bedtime. The berry blasts and complete burn are incredible, I have never been able to sustain a high intense workout for as long as I now can with these two products! I work out 4 times a week and sometimes twice a day because I really wanted to reach my goal as I felt changes I got more and more excited! I've also been able to inspire other friends and family and meet new people along the way and help them attain their goal through Yor Health as well, it's been extraordinary!

Since transitioning from college into a professional world I often found myself strapped for time and found it extremely difficult to stick to a healthy regiment UNTIL NOW!
