Hello! My name is Eduardo González, I live in Monterrey, Mexico and I'm 27 years old. I love my wife and my little baby girl of 2 months old.
I decided to join the 8-Week challenge because my health started to decrease. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and fatty liver.
This was a great challenge because at the same time I was taking care of my baby, my wife and I was just able to sleep from 2 to 5 hours a day.
My body after the challenge is completely different. Now I can do a lot more things and I'm full of energy.
This is my routine:
- Every day I wake up with 2 YOR Repair.
- Then, when I arrive to the office, I drink my YOR Supergreens mixed with YOR Berry Blast.
- A few hours later, I prepare my YOR Shake mixed with YOR Fiber Plus.
- Finally, with my meal and dinner, I'm prepared to take 1 or 2 YOR Digest Ultra
For excersise, I just started to walk and run daily for 30 min. I always try to train with my dog, so we both can exercise.
I know this is the beginning of a new healthy lifestyle. I appreciate a lot more my health now that I'm a father and I want to be full of energy for my family for a lot of years.
