I am currently 140 pounds. I take an MRP almost every morning for breakfast and then I drink supergreens w/ apple juice sometime before or after lunch (its my favorite, I've never had anything like it). I have increased energy throughout the day so I last longer and I feel happier, because I know I'm doing something good for my body. My goal is to workout 4-5 times a week, but sometimes I only get in 1-2 and I include my son which I think helps build our bond.
I took my MRP, Digest Ultra and Essential vitamins everyday and took my Complete burn before most of my workouts. I am trying to do better taking my probiotics, I certainly feel different when I'm taking them consisitently. I only missed about 3 days without my supergreens, but that was because I had no juice to put it with.
I think I underestimated how much work it was going to take to get this layer of fat off my tummy and back (no wonder they call it stubborn, lol). I am ready for Part II because this time I'm ready. I'm adding a picture of the abs I want to my mirror, so I can be reminded consistently.
