Hola familia Yor Heath! En estos días en los que el mundo entero esta en el comundenominador de la pandemia considero muy importante el conservar la salud y el físico, ahora mas que nunca tengo la conciencia de que la disciplina es un factor primordial para la vida va mas allá del instinto de supervivencia. El llevar una rutina diaria de ejercicio, buena alimentación y suplementos de Yor me ha mantenido activa y enfocada a la vez para mi bienestar y el de mi familia. Al despertar 2 Repair y un probioticos, 30 minutos después mi super greens y dos AMP, 2 vitaminas mi desayuno una digestiva, mi comida acompañada de una digestiva y dos vitaminas y de cena una malteada y dos vitaminas. Cabe destacar que tengo un padecimiento cronico degenerativo llamado fibromialgia y los suplementos han sido una gran diferencia en mi estilo de vida, el bienestar físico que me aportan es invaluable.
