A pesar de que se atravesaron las celebraciones decembrinas en este ciclo, pude al menos mantener el nivel físico y de acondicionamiento de antes.
Aún durante las fiestas, pude seguir haciendo ejercicio al menos una media hora diaria, salvo uno o 2 días.
Empezaba siempre mi día con una cápsula de probióticos, seguido de una dosis de Super Greens y posteriormente, como desayuno, una YOR Shake mezclada con plátano o fresas. Posteriormente, durante la comida, consumía 1 cápsula de Digest, para cerrar por la noche con una cápsula de YOR Repair.
Asimismo, también mantenía el ritmo de 14 a 16 horas de ayuno intermitente, lo cual creo que fue lo que me permitió mantener un poco más la forma.
Me agrada el resultado logrado, pero estoy seguro de que el siguiente ciclo podré superar lo conseguido en este.
