Inicio mi día con una capsula de probióticos
A las 10 am un berry blast con agua y vinagre de manzana ya a las 12 super greens y a las 13 shake de chocolate con 2 essential vitamins
Por la tard para comer 1 digest con 2 vitaminas
En la cena nuevamente digest y 2 vitaminas
2 Horas antes de dormir Shake de chocolate con fiber plus y antes de cerrar el ojo 2 repair
Hago ejercicio en casa 3 a 4 veces por semana
