Holaaaaaa! Estoy feliz de terminar un nuevo reto!!! Me siento más viva, con más energía y mucha fuerza!!!
Casi llego a mi meta pero aun me falta camino por recorrer!!!
El Best Body en casa ha sido maravilloso en este tiempo de pandemia, porque no tienes que arriesgarte en salir a ejercitarte, al alcance de un click tienes herramientas que te ayudan a sentirte bien y activo durante el día, al mismo tiempo que logras tus propósitos.
A pesar de que mi reto transcurrió durante las fiestas de Navidad y Año Nuevo, pude comer cosas deliciosas con mi familia en esos días y continuar cuidándome.
