Estoy muy contento por los resultados de este reto!!
Ha sido difícil en estos tiempos de pandemia poder salir a ejercitarse por las restricciones que se pusieron en mi ciudad.
Poder hacer ejercicio desde casa sin tener que pagar por un entrenamiento personalizado esta genial.
Los videos del reto de 8 semanas han sido de gran ayuda junto con la línea de suplementos de Yor Health, para poder estar en forma y mantenernos saludables y protegidos del COVID.
