Hola qué tal! Mi nombre es Rodolfo Pérez y les quiero contar que a pesar de que atravesé una operación de la apéndice, los suplementos de YOR Health siempre me ayudaron a mantenerme súper saludable. Me tomaba diario en la mañana un sobre de YOR Berry Blast y con eso una cápsula de YOR Repair.
Más tarde me tomé siempre una medida de YOR Súper Greens combinado con una medida de YOR Fiber Plus y 2 YOR Vitamins, más tarde con la comida me tomaba una cápsula de YOR Digest Ultra y otras 2 YOR Vitamins.
En la tarde o noche con la cena me tomaba 1 cápsula de YOR Digest Ultra, 2 YOR Vitamins y 2 medidas de YOR Shake mezcladas con agua y un plátano.
Todos los suplementos en polvo los mezclo siempre con agua natural.
En estas 8 semanas hice Yoga constantemente y un poco de entrenamiento funcional y calistenia, todo en casa y de manera moderada, es por eso que mis cambios fueron aún así muy notorios!
